He was predeceased by : his parents, Sylvia Anita (Pullen) and Jud Harry David. He is survived by : his wife Cathy David of Barnes; his daughters, Elizabeth Kelley (Chris) of Dallas and Chris Sorrels (Bryan) of Longview; his grandsons, Carter Sorrels of Annapolis, Luke Kelley of Dallas and Ben Kelley of Dallas; and his brothers, Jud Homer David of Corrigan and Dan David (Carolyn) of Weatherford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
