He was predeceased by : his parents, Jenry Nowlin and Ara Nowlin (Lewis); and his siblings, Savilla Nowlin, Corrine Richardson, Grace Clark, Emma Cone, Sammy Ray Nowlin and Jenry Elton "Jinks" Nowlin.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Nowlin of Corrigan; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Diane Nowlin of Wilsonville, OR; his daughter Nancy Nowlin of Huntsville; and his grandson Caleb Jeffrey Nowlin of Wilsonville, OR. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
