He is survived by: his children, Caleb Murphy (Amy) of Needville, Jennifer Johns (William) of Sumter and Thomas Murphy (Breanna) of Corrigan, Texas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
