We announce the death of Doris Mesker (Corsicana, Texas), who passed away on June 7, 2026, at the age of 91. Doris will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alton and Luna D Callaway (Chewning); her husband Ossie Oliver Mesker; and her nephews, George Lance, Michael Lance and Joshua Jones.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Joyce Banta of Weleetka, OK and Judy Ann Jones of Arlington, TX; her children, Stephen Mesker (Tricia) of Richwood, TX, Susan Bornsheuer of Richmond, TX, Mark Mesker (Claire) of Hempstead, TX, David Mesker (Lisa) of Vidor, TX and Steve Mesker; and her grandsons, Trey Boswell, Wade Mesker and John Mesker. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
