He was predeceased by: his parents, Urty Jual Colburn and Doris Burton Colburn; and his sister Gayle Colburn Copeland. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Colburn; his children, Steve Colburn (Susan), Laurie (Ralph) and Colin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Will Colburn (Katie), Stephanie Colburn Deluca (James), Hannah Duke James (Brian), Zachary Colburn (Ashley), Caleb Duke (Cierra), Ben Colburn, Rachel Duke and Timothy Duke; and his great grandchildren, Cash, Maisie, Darcie Colburn, Charlotte, Henry Deluca and Daniel James.
