He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Odie Farmer (T. O.) and Rhota Myrtle Carter; his grandparents, Redrick Jackson Carter and Martha Evelyn Harris; his siblings, Thomas Millard Farmer, R. C. Farmer and Martha Barlow (Delorise Maxine Farmer); and his son Ervin Dale Farmer.
He is survived by: his spouse Delorise Maxine Marr; his daughter Karen Sue Farmer (James C. Almond); his granddaughters, Crystal Marie Farmer Hicks (Delwyn) and Shelley Karise Almond (Keith Hamilton); his great grandchildren, Marcus Allen Perkins and Tye James Hamilton; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Farmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.
