He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Allard and Loma Allard (Sheets); and his siblings, Cecil Wayne, Edwin Darrell Allard (Corkey) and Leta Mae Allard Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lou Brumley; his children, Bradley Wayne (Robin) of Burleson, Texas and Amy Allard Green (Michael) of Corsicana, Texas; and his grandchildren, Haydn, Sarah Allard, Taylor and Ava Green.
