He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Viola and Charlie Luel Rash; his siblings, Dale Rash and Mona Joe Folmar; his daughter Kimberly Terrell; and his granddaughter Erin Chu.
He is survived by: his wife Robbie Gene Rash; his children, Todd Rash (Allison) and Tara Ayers (Byron); his grandchildren, Evan Chu (Hannah), Elissa Chu, Ally Tarankov (Tima), Kit Rash, Elana Chu, Sydney Rash, Gracie Huddleston (Nathan) and Daniel Ayers; and his great grandchildren, Elias, Roman and Clara Tarankov. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
