She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Devon Simmons and Juanita Birdwell Simmons; and her brother Richard "Butch" Simmons. She is survived by: her children, April Osgood (Drew) and Eric Smith (Ekaterina); and her grandchildren, Alina, Aidric, Sasha and Stella.
In lieu of flowers, which she did love to receive, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Compassion Corsicana, a cause that was very close to Nancy's heart.
