She is survived by: her husband Herman Thomas Starcher III of Waco; her daughters, Krystal Kuykendall (Mike) of San Antonio and Jennifer Boling (Chris) of Waco; her grandchildren, Ethan Tapia of San Antonio, Chase Kuykendall of Fort Smith, Courtney Kuykendall of San Antonio, Joseph Villa of Waco, Jacob Villa of Waco, Carmen Boling of Waco and Abigail Boling of Waco; her siblings, Sarah Covert (Chuck) of Corsicana, Richard Mitchell (Diane) of Terrell, Mary Andrews of Corsicana, Fay Collins (Bob) of Platteville, Colorado, Joyce Rodgers of Forney and Billy J. Mitchell of Kaufman; and her siblings-in-law, Herman Carter of Corsicana, Harvey Hathcox of Streetman, Marilyn Mitchell of Mildred, June Mitchell of Mesquite, Annette Sandoval of La Puente, California, Sally DeSilva of Baldwin Park, California, Linda Alves (Richard) of Torrance, California and David Starcher. She is also survived by Her husband, daughters, and grandchildren.
