He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stewart; his children, Tamera (Scott Montgomery), Audra (Stephen Mayne), Teresa Crawford, Billy Don Thornton and Brittany; his grandchildren, Jeff (Sarah), Kyle Montgomery, Sheena Ruiz (Joseph), Jackie Watson, Bryce Crawford (John Moore), Dalton Crawford, Jacob Thornton (Nick Coleman), Tara Thornton, Samatha Melton, Roxanne Melton, Henry Melton, Kyrin, Kannon, Emery, Kailee, Elli, Cody, Evan, Rowan and Gwen; and his siblings, Jimmy (Elaine Thornton), Tommy (Betty Thornton) and Ann (John Daniel). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
