She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie MayDownes Mangum and Eugene Edwin Mangum; her husband Dan W. Kinsel Jr.; and her sister Eugenia "Jeanie" Mangum Wheeler. She is survived by: her son Dan Kinsel III (Leslie); her grandchildren, Matt (Masey) and Hailey; her son Karl Gene Kinsel (Ashlee); her nieces and nephews, Novia K. Harris, Mary Kay Lyne, Bob Kinsel Jr., Lee Wheeler and Nancy Wheeler; and her great grandchild Elsie Artie Kinsel.
Memorials in her honor may be made to First Baptist Church of Cotulla, South Texas CattleWomen, the South Texas Children's Home, or the charity of your choice.
