He is survived by: his wife Juanita Gonzalez; his children, Jacqueline Sanchez (David), Margie Gonzalez, Englentina Gonzalez, Octavio Gonzalez Jr., Ramona Marrs, Leonor Jacobs and Suzana Gonzalez; and his sister Dominga Cardona. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
