She was predeceased by : her parents, Juan Cantu Salazar and Trinidad Garcia; and her siblings, Irma Salazar and Juan Luis Salazar Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Richard Diaz (Roseanne) of Cotulla, Raul Diaz (Kassondra) of Cotulla, Robin Tanya Diaz Corona (Bidal) of Pearsall and Ruby Diaz of Cotulla; and her siblings, Oscar G. Salazar Sr. of Cotulla, Dometila Castillo of Cotulla, Felix Salazar, Esperanza Salazar and Teresa Silvester. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchildren on the way, numerous nieces and nephews.
