He is survived by: his wife Carrie Allison Whitman; his sons, Patrick Whitman and Matthew Whitman; his father Jack Whitman (Debbie); his siblings, Elizabeth McLean (Bill) and Scotty Whitman; his aunts, Glenda Grant and Janice Jordan; his brothers-in-law, Buddy Allison and Gene Allison (Laura); and his close friend Carrie.
