He was predeceased by: his parents, Glynn Cunningham and Peggy Cunningham; and his wife Susie Cunningham. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Truitt; his grandchildren, Calvary and Trinity; his daughter Jana Deaton; his grandson Gus; his daughter Jacee Moroles (Nate); his grandchildren, Eli and Jett; and his siblings, Mickey Cunningham, Greg Cunningham and Cheryl Epley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
