Though JoAnn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those JoAnn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dulin and Maidee Dulin; her former husband Lester Ervin; and her husband Bobby North. She is survived by: her children, DeWayne Ervin (Debbie) of Texas City and Elaine Phillips (Donnie) of Del Rio; her sisters, Patsy Teague (Bill) of Crane and Penny Ross (Gary) of Abilene; and her grandchildren, Kristi Ervin of Texas City, Eric Ervin of Houston and Kyle Ervin of Texas City.
