With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruby Colleen Fulcher of Crane, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2026 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Lee and Luvada Tipton; her husband Riley Dean Fulcher; her sons, Ronald, Donald Butler and Billy Wayne Johnson-Grill; her grandson Manuel Jose Figueroa; and her brothers, Sherman, Earl, Gary, Otha Lee Jr. and Danny Tipton.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa (Jose Figueroa), Twila Smedley, Cynthia (Angel Rodriguez) and Bobby Myers; and her siblings, Monica (Jerry Bachaman), Catherin Johansen, Margaret (Paddy Strause), Terri Henderson, Jerry (Bobbie Tipton) and David (Lore Tipton). She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
