With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Rowe in Cresson, Texas, born in Monahans, Texas, who passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lee Rowe and Vivian Ray Rowe; and his close friend Queen Elizabeth (Lizzie). He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Millsap (Sean) and Chelsea Allison (Jason); his grandchildren, Kirstan Hughes (Tyler), Micah Millsap (Resa), Jaydon Allison, Cole Allison, Cai Allison, Taylor Millsap and Tyler Millsap (Lydia); his great grandchildren, Zoey, Daphne and Maddie; his siblings, Opal McDowell and Larry Rowe; and his nephews, Tim McDowell, Brian McDowell (Cherie), Tyler Rowe (Jennifer) and Trent Rowe (Amy). He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
