He is survived by: his wife Carol Patrick of Crockett; his daughter Julie Patrick of Waco; his granddaughters, Priscilla Patrick of Waco and Kyah Patrick of Waco; and his aunt Amanda Swearingin Christian of Huntsville.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callaway-Allee Funeral Home (700 E Houston Ave, Crockett, TX 75835). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
