Lockhart (Bill).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Malik Ryan, Micah Buckingham, Talara Johnson, Jazzaria Duhon, Nyla Buckingham, Jade Buckingham, Kloe Buckingham, Vanlesha Houston and Mia Buckingham; and his siblings, Juanita Lockhart, Nathaniel Ryan and Vanessa Ryan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
