She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Clyde Watson and Ruby Stafford Watson; her husband Maxie Collins Harkins; her siblings, Clyde Watson, James Earl Watson and Ida Sue Masterson; her parents-in-law, James and Clara Harkins; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Watson and Marie Harkins Kee (Leland).
She is survived by : her aunt Jane; her children, Kathy Rains (Mike) of Crockett, Tracy Harkins (Peggy) of Crockett and Randall "Randy" Harkins (Vicki) of Spring; her grandchildren, Marcus Harkins of Lufkin, Trey Rains (Jenny) of Crockett, Tara Rains Faye of Spring, James Harkins of Kennard, Jason Harkins of Kennard and Tommy Hayes (Jennifer) of Houston; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Max, Hannah, Jaime, Amelia, Mason, William, Sam, Aimee, Dameon, Jaron and Cooper; and also Charles "Cheeta" Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
