He was predeceased by: his daughter Summer Casteel; his brother Randy Pena; and his grandparents, Ignacio and Juanita Navarro. He is survived by: his children, Jaden, Jared Salinas of Borger, Melissa and Melinda Salinas; his parent Carolina Navarro of Crosbyton; and his brothers, Robert Salinas of Brownwood, Gary Salinas of Crosbyton and Rudy Pena of Borger. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
