He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Johnson and Bonnie Johnson (Ownbey) of Foard City. He is survived by: his wife Margie Johnson; his children, Brad Johnson (Michele) of Lubbock, Texas, LeAnn Sewell (Trey) of Lindale, Texas and Doug Johnson (Angie) of Crowell, Texas; and his grandchildren, Victoria Sewell (Quinn), Joseph Sewell (Stephanie), Alissa (Caleb Connolly), Ethan, Sierra, Isaac, Airman David, Jeremiah, Jaydon, Jerob Sewell, Trevor Johnson of Frisco and Tanner Johnson of Crowell.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1122 N Main St, Crowell, TX 79227).
