He is survived by : his parents, Michael Statuto, Sr. and Hava Smeltzer Statuto; his wife Cindy Statuto of Crowell; his children, Brandy Reneau (Price) and Cory Statuto (Casandra); his grandchildren, Liam, Luke and Lexi; and his brothers, Michael Statuto of Crowell, Joseph Statuto and John Statuto of New Jersey.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home of Crowell (104 Marietta St, Crowell, TX 79227). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (104 Marietta St, Crowell, TX 79227).
