James Henry Obituary

James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Lester and Thelma Henry; his brother Jim Henry; and his brother-in-law H. L. Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Jill Henry; his sons, James Scot Henry (Jennifer) and Gary Henry (Amie); his siblings, Thelma Lee Ayers and Dale Henry (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Ashley Henry, Joshua Henry (Victoria), Christopher Henry, Brennon Henry, Lauren Henry and Brady Henry; and his great grandchild Brynlee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smih Funeral Home of Crowell (104 Marietta St, Crowell, TX 79227). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crowell Cemetery (410 FM 985, Crowell, TX 79227).
