He is survived by: his wife Carol Phillips of Thalia; his children, Jeffery Paul Phillips of Round Rock and Jill Elizabeth Williams of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Jamie Williams and Kelsey Canipe; and his sister Jan Phillips.
