He was predeceased by: his daughters, Tiffany and Karla Vesper; his parents, James Vesper and Naomi Vesper; and his sister Terrie Milbert.

He is survived by: his wife Kristy Myatt of Crowley, TX; his sons, Jeremy (Brandy) and Daniel Sr. of Venus, TX.; his siblings, Don (Nancy) and Shirley (Steve); his grandchildren, Daniel Jr. (Brittany), Austin (Ashley) and Nicole (Rocky); and his great grandchildren, Kason, Caspian and Amelia.
