He is survived by: his wife Laverne Boyd of Crowley; his children, Janet Cooper of Cleburne, Dennis Boyd of Itasca, Ruth Morgan of Itasca, John Boyd of Peoria, Patty Henninger of Alvarado, Anita Fowler of Burleson and Becky Vaughn of Cleburne; and his siblings, Sam Boyd of Cleburne and Pat Gant of Cleburne. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
