He is survived by: his wife Fern Palmer; his daughters, Jennifer Lane Sturm (Andrew), Melissa Lane Caskey (Robert), Amanda Lane Hedtke (Wade) and Lacy Lane; his sisters, Barbara Glodt (Robert) and Cynthia Felknor; and his grandchildren, Meagan Sturm, Maggie Sturm, Moriah Sturm, Mary Ellen Sturm, Riley Caskey, Caden Caskey, Selah Hedtke and Silas Hedtke.
