He is survived by: his former wife Tia Cook; his siblings, June Benton (Charles), Carol Ann Richards (Carver), Gayle Wagner and Greg Holster; his close friends, Bobby Nami and Kenneth Parker; his friends, Billy, Kathryn Nami, Bobby, Dorothy Heyer, John and Terri Eichols; Bill, Helen Serece, Carl and Lora Beth Wright.
