With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sue Halbert of Cuero, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sue may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch H. Cook and Dorothy Harris Cook; and her brothers, Don Cook and Enoch H. Cook Jr. "Jack". She is survived by: her daughter Emily Halbert of Cuero; her sister Janice Cook Wilson of Cuero; her nephews, Wade Wilson (Jennifer) of Seguin, Doug Wilson (Melissa) of Victoria and Gregory Cook (Dani) of Houston; and her niece Dr. Marion Cook (Brian) of Albuquerque, NM.
