He is survived by : his wife Shirley Rincon of Cumby, TX; his children, Johnny Sandel (Teresa) of Killeen, TX and Tiffany Evans (Ryan) of Cumby, TX; his sister Sylvia Campbell of Athens, TX; his grandchildren, Riley Evans, Jeremy Merino and Priscilla Merino; and his great grandchild Ayana Merino.
