She was predeceased by : her father Robert Wayne Birdwell, Sr.. She is survived by : her husband Mark Stephens; her children, Eric Stephens, Brandon Duvall and Kimberly Stephens; her mother Hilda Birdwell; her stepmother Elaine Birdwell; and her siblings, Robert Wayne Birdwell, Jr. and Brittany Birdwell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
