We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2022, at the age of 81, Effie Mae Rogers of Cushing, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Newton and Gladys Penner Newton. She is survived by : her sons, Cecil (Cindy Petty), Jimmy (Cheryl Petty), Randy (Marilyn Petty) and Terry (Charlotte Petty); and her sister Maggie Hill of Dallas. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; and 11 Great Grandchildren.
