It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hunter Nichols-Herndon (Cushing, Texas), born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Dick Herndon and Linda Buckley; and his great-grandparents, A. C., Juanita Streetman, J. E., Irma Herndon, Bobby Joe and Marty Nichols.

He is survived by : his parents, Harry Herndon and Tisha Nichols Herndon; his siblings, Carmen Herndon, Hayden Herndon of Rockwall and Hudson Herndon of Rockwall; his grandparents, Ricki, Judy Browning of Caddo Mills, Mike and Reta Nichols of Cushing; his great-grandparents, Kenneth and Janis Wall; his aunts and uncles, Kali, Derrick Eddy, Ryan, Amanda Sitton and Ashley Herndon-Stanley; and his cousins, Regan, Kennedy, Hadley, Sage, Trey Bedrick, Daniel Grigsby and Tyler Gresham.
