He was predeceased by : his parents, Marcus D Ivy and Gale Gibbs Ivy; and his father-in-law Honey Owens. He is survived by : his wife Starla Owens; his mother-in-law Janet Owens; his children, Dee Cruz (Tony) and Brady Ivy; his daughter-in-law Jade Milstead; his siblings, Steve Ivy (Wanda), Tuff Ivy (Betty) and Kathy De La Paz (Marcelo); his brother-in-law Dennis Owens (Sherrie); his grandchildren, Taylor, Colt Simmons, Destiny, Randy Dahlen, Peyton Ivy, Deaven Ivy, Cheyenne Cruz, Avery Cruz, Marisa Ivy, Jackson Ivy and Trey Grissom; his great grandchildren, Olivia Simmons, Bailey Simmons, Ayla Carney and Dax Carney; and his aunts, Artie Linthicum, Carol Gibbs and Betty Ivy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
