She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Penney and Nora Hartless Penney; her siblings, Sonny, Chicken, Junell, Shirley and Glenda; and her granddaughter Robin Sandefur.
She is survived by: her son James; her daughter-in-law Tammie Rogers; and her daughters, Phyllis (Ed Beinhorn), Shelia (Marty Hadlow) and Kathy (Sonny Edington). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
