He is survived by: his wife Caroline Morales; his son Matthew Montelongo; his grandchildren, Ethan and Cameron Montelongo; his mother Elodia Morales; his brother Rey (Thelma); his sibling's children, Isabel, Angelina and Amorosa; his brother-in-law Jay Montelongo; his sibling's children, Austin, Alyssa and Ashley; his siblings-in-law, Hector and Josie; his sibling's children, Ariana and Jacob; and his father-in-law Joe Montelongo. He is also survived by his family, friends.
