He is survived by: his wife Jerry; his stepson Garrett Wallace (Tabitha); and his siblings, Mary Ann Orsak and Donald Siptak (Cheryl). He is also survived by 2 sisters-in-law and their spouses; and many aunts, one uncle, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
