He was predeceased by: his father Roy Powers. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Powers; his daughter Hadley; his friend Richie Battles; his wife Jane Powers (Martz); his brother Rodney (Donna); his nephews, Bryson, Blake (Clara) and Blaine; his niece Ryan Hargrove Schlain (Ryan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Navy and Carsen.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be made to Hadley's college fund.
