She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ruthart and Crawford Ruthart; and her sister Karen Dulaney. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Webb and Matthew Webb (Lubbock); her grandchildren, Christian Webb (Houston), Elle Webb, Roman Webb (Dallas), Ava Webb, Nicolás Webb (Lubbock) and Victoria Webb (Lubbock); her pet Chanel; her sister Sharon Henry (Canyon); and her daughter-in-law Angel Webb. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brooks Funeral Directors of Canyon (1702 5th Ave, Canyon, TX 79015).
