He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Jozwiak and Ladislava Jozwiak; his in-laws, Willie, Ladislava Jozwiak, Joe and Bernice Konieczny; his grandson Kevin Jozwiak; and his siblings, Sarah (Bernard Budnick), Natalie (Louis Kendziora), Isidore Jozwiak (Monica), Marion Loukanis (Bennie Mikes), Willie Mattern (VJ Jozwiak), Florian (Dorothy Konieczny) and Joe Konieczny (Mike Konieczny).
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Jim Jozwiak (Massiel Salesi), Cathy (Richard Velez) and JoAnn (Tim Burke); his grandchildren, Michelle (Terry Hipp), Trevor (Brooke Baham), Daniel (Katelyn Martens) and Samantha (Travis Willingham); his great grandchildren, Maddox, Baker, Easton, Terry, Kinsley, Tommy and Palmer; and his siblings, Dorothy (Ike Jozwiak), Bibian (Lawrence Wisnoski), Mary Mattern, Margie Jozwiak, Hattie Mikes, Jeanie Jozwiak and Mary Konieczny. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
