She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Andrew and Josephine Weisshaar Andrew; her husband John; her sister Mary Louise Andrew; and her son-in-law Bradley Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Katy Witt Cox of Cypress Texas, Jack Witt (Betsy Witt) of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, Libby Witt of Alexandria, Virginia and Peggy Witt Ballard (Norman Ballard) of League City, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Patrick Cox, Hannah Ballard, Claire Cox and Reid Ballard.
The family would like to extend its profound gratitude to staff at Parsons House Cypress, Village Green Alzheimer's Care Home-Cypress, and Altus Hospice, who took care of Jeanne in her final years.
