It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Prewitt of Cypress, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Prewitt and Janice Marshall Prewitt; his parents-in-law, Baja and Bob Robinson; and his great-nephew Chap Robinson.

He is survived by: his wife Kelly Robinson Prewitt; his children, Elizabeth Lee Johnson (Steve), Melissa Ramey Prewitt (Luke Gauthier) and Benjamin Robinson Prewitt; his sisters, Stephanie Brown (Mike) and Barbara Myers (Jonathan); his nephew Joshua Myers; his great-nephew Landon; and his siblings' children, Megan Adams, Grace, Brayden, Jessica Gaul, Jared Myers, Tinsley, Jackson, Tommy, Kash, Sam Robinson, Reese, Max, Katherine, Caitlin Robinson (Matt Poche), Laura Robinson, Tom Robinson, Cole Robinson, Cash, Conley, Chris Fenley (Lauren), Rachel Mancini (Blair) and Riley Robinson.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cypress Bible Church (11711 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429).
