It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lidia Ruiz of Cypress, Texas, born in Stafford, Texas, who passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Ruiz; her parents, Elias Moreno Sr. and Rachel Moreno; her uncle Miguel Lerma; and her aunts, Tina Lerma and Lupe Ramirez.
She is survived by: her sons, Jace Ruiz and Jeff Ruiz; her grandson Isaiah Ruiz; and her siblings, Elias Moreno Jr., Luis Moreno, David Moreno, Rudy Moreno, Virginia Lockner, Josie Trevino and Rachel Friesema. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
