He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Wallace Bailey and Martha Kouba Bailey; his daughters, Rebecca Lacey (Matt) and Jennifer Piche (Sean); and his siblings, Mike Bailey (Dana) and Sandra Smock (Stephen). He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
