He is survived by : his mother Evelyn Lolley Vickers; his wife Rebecca Harper Vickers; and his children, Joshua David Vickers, Virginia Evelyn Vickers, Robert Douglas Vickers and Heather Vickers (Andrew Fisk). He is also survived by his family and friends.
