He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyda Hurt Toups and William Hurt; his stepfather Al Toups; and his brother-in-law Rick Crow. He is survived by: his wife Tonja Hurt; his children, Krystal Barnard (Kristian) and Matthew Hurt (Kate Standley); and his sisters, Dianne "Dee" Aubey, Judy Doherty (Mike) and Jamie Crow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
