He is survived by: his parents, Robert Anthony Jones McGrady and Betty Dale McGrady (Rudd) of Greensboro; his wife Susan Marie McGrady (Wims); his children, Kristen Marie McGrady of Cypress and Jeremy Daniel McGrady of Houston; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Vicky McGrady (McDonald); his nieces and nephews, Morgan, Sean, Cameron of Fredrick, Maryland and Dr. Erika Crutcher (Damon Crutcher); his great-nephews, William and Nicholas of Colorado; his brother Robert McGrady II of Greensboro, NC.; and his siblings-in-law, David Wayne Wims of Mount Vernon, Texas, John Mark, Paula Wims (Rader) of Idalou, Texas, Richard Timothy and Teresia Wims (Boyd) of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and great-great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials and contributions may be made to the Eye on Grace Foundation (eyeongracefoundation.org) which provides travel grants to other uveal/ocular melanoma patients, many of whom must travel long distances for treatment, or A Cure in Sight (acureinsight.org) which provides research grants and other patient support related to this cancer.
